Resolution No. 2008-022 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of San Leandro Approving a Loan Agreement Between the San Leandro <br />Redevelopment Agency and 1750 Doolittle, LLC for the Development of Property <br />Located in the West San Leandro MacArthur Boulevard Redevelopment Project Area at <br />1750 Doolittle Drive, Assessor's Parcel Number 079A-0385-002-04 (provides a <br />$559,200 loan to assist in the development of a cohesive project at the corner of <br />Doolittle Drive and Williams Street). Resolution No. 2008-023 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of San Leandro Authorizing the Executive Director to Enter into a Lease with Option to <br />Purchase Agreement with the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce for Acquisition of <br />262 Davis Street, Assessor's Parcel Number 075-0001-008-02 (provides for an initial 3- <br />year lease at $2,900 per month, payment of miscellaneous moving costs and an ultimate <br />maximum purchase price of $700,000 for the subject property).
