Resolution No. 2008-109, Resolution Rejecting Bids for the I-880/Washington Avenue <br />Interchange Improvements, ACTIA Project No. 11, Project No. 144-39-007 (rejects all <br />bids from the June 24, 2008 bid opening for the subject project). Resolution No. 2008-023 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of San Leandro Authorizing the Executive Director to Enter into a Lease with Option to <br />Purchase Agreement with the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce for Acquisition of <br />262 Davis Street, Assessor's Parcel Number 075-0001-008-02 (provides for an initial 3- <br />year lease at $2,900 per month, payment of miscellaneous moving costs and an ultimate <br />maximum purchase price of $700,000 for the subject property).
