Where applicable in the determination of the City, the first page of a technical report, first page of design specifications, and each page of construction drawings shall be stamped/sealed and signed by the licettsed professional responsible for the report/design preparation. 20.12 Integration; Incorporation. This Agreement includes the Contract Documents described in Section 1.1 hereof, as well as the City Standard Specifications. 20.13 Counterparts. This Agreement maybe executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. 20.14 'The Parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
