That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: Westchester Fire Insurance Company 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 2°`~ day of September 2008. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the WASHINGTON MANOR LIBRARY AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT, PROJECT NO. 210-69-1~5 project is that of fee simple title in certain land(s) designated as 1241 Manor Boulevard, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
