they are not willing to approve any restoration plans I bring forth from here on. The <br />Blacksmith building has extensive wood rot which will continue to deteriorate. There <br />would be no incentive to prevent further deterioration if the Historical Commission is <br />unwilling to approve the restoration plan. <br />There need be some checks and balances regarding those who are in power over others <br />which is how I have come to write this letter. My Private Property is being held hostage <br />by the Historic Commissions Committee. It has also come to my attention that persons <br />from the Committee (Mr. Reicker) have come on my property whenever they see fit <br />rather than by invitation only. I find that to be in violation of my rights as the property <br />owner. <br />Mayor Santos, your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
