Comerica Bank: Will soon open their first San Leandro branch in the former Sanwa bank <br />building which has been vacant for four years. Comerica has made significant <br />improvements to the building. <br />4. Public Comments: <br />None <br />5. Committee Member Comments: <br />Chair Stephens informed the Committee that he had meet with both Bridge Housing and <br />Westlake Development Partners to discuss the San Leandro Crossings. Stephens stated that <br />he shared his concern regarding the market rate rental housing portion of the project. <br />Stephens explained that he would prefer to see the market rate portion of the project <br />developed as condominiums as opposed to rental housing. <br />6. Adjourn: <br />The meeting adjourned at 5:10 p.m. <br />
