CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m. <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />Mayor Santos led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />B. Roll Call <br />PRESENT: Members Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Mayor Santos <br />ABSENT: Member Grant <br />2. PRESENTATIONS/RECOGNITIONS <br />A. Presentation of Certificates of Recognition to Members of the Alameda County-City of <br />San Leandro (Joint) Redevelopment Advisory Committee and the West San <br />Leandro/MacArthur Boulevard Redevelopment Advisory Committee. <br />Mayor Santos acknowledged the RAC members for their fine work and their valuable <br />input to the Redevelopment Agency. Vice Mayor Stephens presented Certificates of <br />Recognition to the members who were present. <br />B.
