IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-142 (2323/3026) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CONTRACTUAL SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT (CSA) BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND C. KELL-SMITH & <br />ASSOCIATES RELATED TO THE AIRPORT NOISE INSULATION PROGRAM <br />IN SAN LEANDRO <br />An amendment to the agreement between the City of San Leandro and C. Kell-Smith & <br />Associates, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said amendment to the agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said amendment to the agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 1St day of December, 2008, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~~~~~°`h J~ ~'~~~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
