IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2009- <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDII~IG BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND THE SAN LEANDRO CITY EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION, <br />LOCAL 21 1FPTE, AFL-CIO <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of San Leandro and the San <br />Leandro City Employees' Association, Local 21 IFPTE, AFL-CIO for the period January 1, 2009 <br />through December 31, 2009 is hereby approved. <br />The Memorandum of Understanding is attached and made a part hereof. <br />Introduced by Councilmember and passed and adopted this <br />20~' day of January, 2009 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Honda, City Clerk <br />
