D The formal Request for Proposal for construction is to be prepared, duplicated, assembled and issued by the City. IV General Exclusions A The design and construction of the wall structure for the History Wall is by others, and is specifically excluded from this scope of work. We will coordinate with and provide direction to the designer of the wall structure in order to provide adequate structure and forms for mounting the signage elements. City to provide or arrange to provide AutoCAD DWG format files for our use in this effort. B Additional reviews which are required due to the contractor's inability to provide acceptable submittals, color, prototype, etc., will be billed to you as additional services, on a time and materials basis. We strongly suggest that these fees be back-charged to the contractor, and that this is clearly defined in your contract with the contractor. C Mock-ups or prototypes are not a part of this proposal (included in fabrication budget). D Engineering and lighting design are specifically excluded from this proposal. E Presentations and hearings for permit or variance, and to commissions, review committees, public groups, etc. are not included in this proposal, and will be billed to you as additional services, on a time and materials basis.
