NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby specifically <br />finds that all of the facts stated above are true and correct. <br />SECTION 2. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby approves <br />use of bond proceeds from the Plaza Redevelopment Project Axea to <br />purchase the Property, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement for the Sale <br />of Real Property ("Agreement"), attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />SECTION 3. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby authorizes <br />and directs the Executive Director or his designee to execute the <br />Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto, and to undertake all <br />other actions and to execute all other documents reasonably necessary to <br />carry out the intent of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 4.
