The following table outlines the potential number of units that could be funded with LMHF for the next ten years based on the amount of anticipated tax increment and the amount of average subsidy per unit. The targeted units are part of the Housing Element requirements for very low and low income. The new citywide Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance, approved by the City Council in November 2004, is anticipated to provide all the moderate units the Housing Element recommends be added to the supply. The new ordinance will require all developments throughout the city to provide 15% affordable units on-site. Table 10.
