COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The project shall comply with Exhibits A through D, attached to the staff report <br />dated February 21, 2008, except as hereinafter modified. (Exhibits are on file at the <br />City of San Leandro, Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, <br />San Leandro, California, 94577). <br />Exhibit A -Site Plan (A1) <br />Exhibit B -First Floor Plans (A2) <br />Exhibit C -Second Floor Plans (A3) <br />Exhibit D -Elevations (A4) <br />B. The applicant and property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is <br />informed of its terms and conditions. <br />II. PERMITTED USES <br />A. This Conditional Use Permit is an approval to permit a day care center for <br />developmentally disabled adults, for a maximum of 30 individuals, at 1515 Aurora <br />Drive; Assessor's Parcel Number 79A-541-40. <br />B. The day care center may be open to participants Monday through Friday, between <br />the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The outdoor play area shall not be used for <br />exercise or play activities prior to 11 a.m. and after 2 p.m. Office management for <br />the day care uses may operate in the building during open building hours. <br />C. All participants shall be escorted into and from the day care center by their <br />caregivers, guardians, or other responsible adults. <br />D. These conditions of approval shall be prominently posted in the day care center and <br />shall be distributed to all staff and caregivers/guardians of participants at the center. <br />HI. ON-SITE IMPROVEMENTS <br />A. Prior to issuance of a business license for the use, the property owner shall submit <br />precise details for interior directional signage for the main lobby of the building, <br />indicating (with arrows) the location of the various tenants in the building, for the <br />review of the Community Development Director.
