Their additional recommendations to install warning signs and <br />vandal-resistant fencing to prevent trespassers from accessing the railroad right-of--way have been <br />incorporated into the recommended Conditions of Approval. <br />Code Compliance Review <br />Not applicable. <br />Board/Commission Findings <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the matter at its January 22, 2009 meeting, recommending a <br />motion to the City Council to approve the Vesting Tentative Map subject to the revised Conditions <br />of Approval. <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br />Legal requirements for notification of this meeting included publication of a legal notice in the <br />Daily Review and posting of the meeting agenda at City Hall a minimum of 72 hours in advance <br />of the meeting date. Notices were also mailed to a total of four interested property owners, the <br />San Leandro Chamber of Commerce and to the City's list of Homeowners Associations.
