6. Developer shall pay its City development, permitting, and plan checking fees <br />in accordance with the fee schedules in effect at the time of the approval of <br />each final map for development. <br />7. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the <br />Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the Office of the County <br />Recorder of Alameda County. <br />8. The Site Plan Review Permit and Vesting Tentative Map are interrelated and <br />shall be approved together. The denial of the map shall invalidate an approval <br />of the Site Plan Review Permit. <br />XIV. Green Building and Water Efficient Landscape Conditions <br />1. A green building and water-efficient landscape checklist shall be completed and <br />incorporated into building permits for this project. For the purposes of this <br />condition, the checklists shall be the Build it Green.S GreenPoint Rated <br />checklist for New Homes, the U.S. Green Building Council LEED checklist, the <br />StopWaste.Org Bay-Friendly Landscape checklist, or an equivalent rating <br />system, as approved by the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br />XV. Railway Safety <br />1. Warning signs and vandal-resistant fencing shall be installed to prevent <br />trespassers from accessing the railroad right-of--way. <br />XVI. Environmental <br />1. All mitigation measures identified in the Mitigated Negative Declaration are <br />hereby incorporated as Conditions of Approval. <br />XVII. Housing and Community Development Prop 1C grants <br />1.
