<br />All of that parcel described as "Parcel Four" and a portion of those parcels described as "Parcel
<br />One" and "Parcel Five" in the Grant Deed from Harold Chapman, Jr., as Trustee of the Harold
<br />Chapman, Jr., Revocable Trust, dated October 27, 2006 to BRCP San Leandro Industrial, LLC,
<br />recorded March 9, 2007, under Series No. 2007- 100122, Alameda County Records, being more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the intersection of the southwestern line of that parcel described in the Deed
