EXHIBIT "A2" LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT PARCEL 2 All that certain real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: All of that parcel described as "Parcel Two" and a portion of those parcels described as "Parcel One" and "Parcel Five" in the Grant Deed from Harold Chapman, Jr., as Trustee of the Harold Chapman, Jr., Revocable Trust, dated October 27, 2006 to BRCP San Leandro Industrial, LLC, recorded March 9, 2007, under Series No. 2007-100122, Alameda County Records, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the southwestern line of that parcel described in the Deed from The Welch Grape Juice Company to Kellogg Company, recorded January 7, 1952, in Book 6628 of Official Records of Alameda County, at Pages 242 through 244, under Series No. AG- 1417, with the northwestern line of Williams Street (60 foot wide right-of--way); thence along said line of Williams Street North 62° 30' 00" East 349.00 feet; thence North 27° 30' 00" West 3.50 feet to a point on the northwestern line of that parcel described in the Grant Deed from Kellogg Company to the City of San Leandro, recorded January 14, 1991, under Series No. 91- 009741, Alameda County Records, last said point being the actual point of beginning; thence continuing North 27° 30' 00" West 650.50 feet; thence South 62° 30' 00" West 14.50 feet; thence North 27° 30' 00" West 208.50 feet; thence South 62° 30' 00" West 20.00 feet; thence North 27° 30' 00" West 199.50 feet; thence North 62° 30' 00" East 173.00 feet; thence North 27° 30' 00" West 238.48 feet to the northwestern line of aforesaid "Parcel Five" (2007-100122); thence along last said line and the northwestern line of aforesaid `'Parcel One" (2007-100122) South 70° 02' S$" West 491.76 feet to the most western corner of said "Parcel One"; thence along the southwestern line of said "Parcel One' South 27° 30' 00" East 1248.$2 feet to the most northern corner of aforesaid "Parcel Two'" (2007-100122); thence along the general western line of said "Parcel Two" the following two (2) courses and distances: 1) southeasterly along the arc of anon-tangent curve concave to the southwest, the center of which bears South 67° 32' 30" West, having a radius of 372.24 feet, through a central angle of 8° 16' 00", an arc distance of 53.71 feet, and 2) South 14° 11' 30" East 61.44 feet to said northwestern line of said City of San Leandro parcel (91-009741); thence along last said line North 62° 30' 00" East 371.70 feet to the actual point of beginning.
