Discussion Regarding Project Updates <br />Ken Joseph gave an overview regarding project updates. <br />• Senior Center <br />o Concrete foundations are poured <br />o Working on underslab conduits, electrical and plumbing <br />o Working on slab and steel <br />o Floor slab concrete expected week of March 23`d <br />o Contingency intact <br />• Downtown Lighting & Pedestrian Improvements <br />o Working on concrete walkways <br />o Doing some storm drain work behind Comerica Bank <br />o Estimating one month before work can start in the center <br />o Coordinating concrete plaza work with private electrical upgrade work at <br />Sergio's <br />• 1595 Washington Avenue Demolition <br />o Work underway <br />o Recycling materials <br />• Damage to City fiber network <br />o EBMUD damage marked the need for City repairs to a leak on East 14th <br />Street <br />
