MINUTES Page 19 <br />City of San Leandro City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting-April 6, 2009 <br />Mayor Santos commented that the City Council Finance Committee is looking at possible <br />revenue measures, and noted many social services are co-located at the DSFRC. He <br />commented on the great success of Earth Hour was a great success, expressing surprise at the <br />number of residents who knew about it. Mayor Santos attended the Washington Manor Little <br />League Parade, threw out the first pitch at the Floresta Baseball League Opening Day, and <br />attended the Relay for Life Pancake Breakfast. Mayor Santos announced that tonight's <br />meeting would be adjourned in memory of Rick Bailey; Roy Uel Manning; Sgt. Mark <br />Dunakin, Sgt. Erv Romans, Sgt. Dan Sakai, and Officer John Hege, of the Oakland Police <br />Department; and Police Officers Eric Kelly, Stephen Mayhle and Paul Sciullo III, of the <br />Pittsburg, PA Police Department. <br />13.
