70% Specifications -The Consultant will prepare 70% Specifications and <br />deliver 6 sets of specifications to the City for review. The Specifications will be <br />prepared in City's standard format using MS Word 2006 or newer, and in <br />accordance with the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, (The <br />Green Book, 2006 edition). <br />70% Cost Estimate -The Consultant will prepare a 70% cost estimate with an <br />estimated cost of construction broken down into standard bid items for all <br />elements shown on the 70% Plans. <br />Review Meetings -The Consultant will attend as many meetings as needed to <br />discuss the 70% design and City comments. <br />Building Department Review -The Consultant shall coordinate review of the <br />70% plans and specifications with the City Building department and incorporate <br />any comments into the plans and specifications. <br />• 100% Design <br />100% Plans -The Consultant will prepare l 00% Plans incorporating City <br />comments and final design elements. The City will receive 6 sets of the ] 00% <br />plans. <br />100% Specifications -The Consultant will prepare 100% Specifications and <br />deliever 6 sets of specifications to the City for review.
