Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />B. Roll Call <br />PRESENT: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Lothrop, Nazdine; <br />Mayor Young <br />ABSENT: Council Member Loe$ler <br />2. PRESENTATIONS <br />A. Proclamation for VFW 140' Anniversary Commemorative Year. <br />Post 819 junior Vice Commander Jim Olsen and Ladies Auxiliary President Mary <br />Collier accepted the Proclamation. <br />3. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Public Hearing Comments aze limited to 5 minutes per person. When you address the <br />City Council, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk so <br />the order of speakers may be determined and an official record of names and <br />addresses obtained <br />None <br />4. PUBLIC CONIlVIENT5 <br />Public Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person, for a total time period of one <br />hour. When you address the City Council, you should fill out a speaker card and <br />submit it to the City Clerk so the order of speakers may be determined and an official <br />record of names and addresses obtained. The public is invited to make any comments <br />related to Agenda items, or other items of public interest, at this time. <br />A. Jorvey T. Brekke, 469 Cascade Road, addressed the Council regarding a recent <br />incident whereby his dog was attacked on Christmas Day by two pitbulls. One of <br />his neighbors called 911 and was told there is no animal control on weekends and/ <br />or holidays. He voiced his concerns with the lack of response from the Police <br />Department. <br />
