Resolution No. 99-4, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency <br />Approving a Contractual Services Agreement Between Ruggeri Jensen Azar and <br />Associates and the Redevelopment Agency for the East 14'~ StreetlNrssion <br />Boulevard Streetscape Design Master Plan and Utility Undergrounding Project <br />Within the County Portion of the Joint Redevelopment Project Area (provides for <br />development of a Streetscape Design Master Plan and Utility Undergrounding <br />Project to improve the appearance and stimulate economic revitalization along the <br />County portion of the East 14'~ Street/Nfission Boulevard corridor). Cost: <br />$225,760 (fully funded by Alameda County's share of tax increment revenue) <br />C. (2465/1219/1250) <br />-- Resolution No. 99-26, Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Submit a <br />Grant Application for Federal Surface Transportation Program and <br />Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program (STP/CMAQ) <br />Funds in the Amount of $630,000 for Fiscal Year 1999-2000 (provides for <br />pavement rehabilitation on Washington Avenue between Fargo Avenue and <br />Springlake Drive and Marina Boulevard between I-880 and Merced Street). <br />(2465/1219/1250) <br />D. Ordinance No. 99-04, An Ordinance Amending Title II, Chapter 4 of the San <br />Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Utility User Taxes for Telephone, Electrical, <br />Gas, and Cable Television Service (provides for amendments to keep the <br />provisions current in light of changes in the utility services industry; no changes to <br />the rate or tax base are proposed; no fiscal impact).
