M/S/C Nardine and Glaze. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 --Resolution NQ_99-33 Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Leandro Approving the Form of Underground Utility Agreement with James R Hussey for Property on the Southeast Corner of Thornton and Alvarado Streets, Otherwise Known as Assessor's Parcel Number 075-0045-001-04, and Authorizing Execution by the City Manager. (1207) M/5/C Nardine and Glaze. Ayes: ~; Noes: 0 6.E. Resolution Adding Chapter 3 to Title 4 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Regarding City Council Meeting Minutes (formally specifies Action Minutes of City Council Regular and Special Meetings and maintenance of tape recordings of the meetings for five [5] years). Council Member Loeffler expressed objection to and concern for further summarizing Committee Meeting Notes, noting he would like to see them more descriptive of the actual discussion that took place. The Mayor indicated the matter on the Agenda this evening was regarding City Council Meeting Minutes, not Committee Meeting Notes. The availability of tape recordings of the Committee Meetings was noted, and Council discussion continued regarding the costs to have meeting tapes transcribed and/or staff time involved in doing verbatim or detailed Committee Meeting Notes. The responsibility of the Council Member reporting information to the balance of the Council at the next Regular City Council Meeting was also discussed. Criven the comments made by the balance of Council, Council Member Loeffler withdrew his objections. Council Member Lothrop indicated her desire to receive highlights of the Committee Meeting Notes earlier than the day she is expected to give a verbal report to the Council. She would prefer to receive them a couple of days in advance of the Council Meeting.
