Matter of San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Form of Owner Participation Agreement and City Council Form of Underground Utility Agreement with James R Hussey for Acquisition and Use of Property on the Southeast Corner of Thornton and Alvarado Streets, Otherwise Known as Assessor's Parcel Number 075-0045- 001-04 (provides approval for development of property for a heating and air conditioning business). Council Member Nardine asked for and received further clarification on the details of the proposed upgrades, as well as proposed colors to be used. James Hussey explained the proposed landscaping; he noted seven, new trees will be added and two trees will be removed on Thornton because they are causing sidewalk and/or utility-line damage.
