Matter of San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Form of Owner Participation <br />Agreement and City Council Form of Underground Utility Agreement with James R <br />Hussey for Acquisition and Use of Property on the Southeast Corner of Thornton <br />and Alvarado Streets, Otherwise Known as Assessor's Parcel Number 075-0045- <br />001-04 (provides approval for development of property for a heating and air <br />conditioning business). <br />Council Member Nardine asked for and received further clarification on the details <br />of the proposed upgrades, as well as proposed colors to be used. <br />James Hussey explained the proposed landscaping; he noted seven, new trees will be <br />added and two trees will be removed on Thornton because they are causing sidewalk <br />and/or utility-line damage. <br />
