The repeal and re-enactment of this ordinance does not affect the <br />boundaries or change floodplain designations for individual parcels.) <br />-- Pass to Print <br />Council Member Glaze indicated letters were sent out originally to members of the <br />public telling them they were in the flood-plain areas. He added that, as changes <br />are made, letters should be sent to those property owners who are affected. Staff <br />reiterated that tonight's item does not affect the boundaries, it only affects the <br />administrative rules. <br />The following Ordinance was then introduced: <br />Ordinance No. 99-07. CONTIlVUED PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Continued Public Comments is limited to the balance of speaker cards that have been <br />submitted to the City Clerk and any new speakers who have not been heard. <br />Comments will be limited to 5 minutes per speaker. <br />A. Al Rosenga, 534 Parrott Street, told the Council this is Earthquake <br />Preparedness Month, and he has not seen any publicity about it. <br />In response, staff indicated Dan Lansford, our Emergency Services Coordinator, <br />is currently out of town, but staffwill see what can be done. <br />
