(2850) The City Council continued the matter of Amendment No. 3 to the Council Members' Handbook, adding "Guidelines for City Council Members Seeking Outside Governmental Appointments" to Section I, page 3, to the duly 12, 1999, City Council Work Session. No vote D. Minute Order No. 99-41, Matter of Amendment No. 4 to the Council Members' Handbook, Adding "Guidelines for the Mayor and City Council Travel" to Section I, page 4. (2850) The City Council continued the matter of Amendment No. 4 to the Council Members' Handbook, adding "Guidelines for the Mayor and City Council Travel to Section I, page 4, to the July 12,1999, City Council Work Session. No vote E. Resolution Requesting Caltrans to Install One Continuous Through Traffic Lane and a Bike Lane in Each Direction, Separated by a Striped, Two-Way, Left-Turn Lane, on East 14`~ Street, State Route 185, Between Davis Street and the North City Limits (provides request for Caltrans to implement striping changes along East 14'~ Street between the North City Limits and Davis Street). Council Member Glaze clarified with staff that this is the same striping plan that was taken to the public.
