Resolution No. 99-99, Resolution Approving Loans to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro and Repayment of Funds (provides loans to the Redevelopment Agency and establishes repayment terms). (1485) The City Manager clarified, referencing Items 6.I and 6.J, that there are no new loans being made to the Redevelopment Agency. J. Resolution No. 99-20, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Approving a Loan from the City of San Leandro to Finance Redevelopment Agency Activities for the Fiscal Year 1999-2000 Budget and Repayment of Funds (provides for a loan from the City of San Leandro and establishes repayment terms). K. Matter of Authorization to Create the New Classifications of Environmental Services Manager, Environmental Protection Specialist III, Environmental Protection Specialist II, and Environmental Protection Specialist I; to Delete the Hazardous Materials Coordinator, Hazardous Materials Inspector, Environmental Compliance Coordinator, and Environmental Compliance Inspector (Journey and Entry) Classifications; and to Amend the Pay Plan to Provide a Salary Range for Said New Classifications and to Delete Said Existing Classifications (requests authorization from City Council to effect these classification changes and amend the Pay Plan).
