Minutes - Ciry of San Leandro Ciry Council, Page 7 <br />San Leandro Economic Development Agency, San Leandro <br />Housing Finance Corporation, San Leandro Public Financing Authority, and <br />San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting -June 21, 1999 <br />dealt with some major, policy issues, and there is need to continue to work on <br />those. He encouraged the City Council to consider adopting the budgets. He <br />indicated the staff positions that are not currently filled will not be filled. Some of <br />the programs recommended for cutbacks that do not represent major dollars will <br />be continued until final determinations are made and the Ciry Council Finance <br />Committee reports back to the full City Council with recommendations and the full <br />measure of the impact from the State budget is known. He clarified that the co- <br />funding of the Youth Collaborative is still in the process. <br />The following Resolutions were then introduced: <br />-- Resolution No. 99-18, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment <br />Agency, Adopting the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Budget for <br />Fiscal Year 1999-2000 and Appropriating All Revenue Therefor (adopts the <br />City Manager's proposed 1999-2000 budget, including Appropriations and <br />Reserve Transfers).
