Minute Order No. 99-57, Matter of Creation of and Appointments to a City <br />Council Ad Hoc Committee Regarding Parking Issues. (1156/1022) <br />The City Council created and appointed City Council Members Galvan, <br />Loef'ller, and Mayor Young to a City Council Ad Hoc Committee <br />Regarding Parking Issues. <br />M/S/C Glaze and Lothrop. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br />D. Report on Closed Session Actions Taken. <br />None <br />8. CONTINUED PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Continued Public Comments is limited to the balance of speaker cards that have been <br />submitted to the City Clerk and any new speakers who have not been heard. <br />Comments will be limited to 5 minutes per speaker. <br />A. Darlene Evans, 361 Bristol Court, addressed the City Council regarding the lack <br />of response on questions regarding the pool at John Muir School; concerns <br />regarding enforcement of community standards; rehabilitation projects; concerns <br />with the refuse department not abiding by their fee schedule; and the new library <br />computer system's barcodes will be different from Alameda County. <br />B. Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, addressed the City Council indicating it is <br />not possible to get public input on all issues. He stated the City Council keeps <br />ignoring information on Redevelopment. He clarified that the Minutes of July 19, <br />1999, have been approved, and the Minutes of July 26 are being deferred. He <br />concluded by questioning if there was approval of the July 26 Agenda. <br />9.
