Resolution No. 99-24, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of San Leandro Approving Amendment No. 1 to the Owner Participation <br />Agreement with San Leandro Investors, LLC, to Add the Property at 111 San <br />Leandro Boulevard for Remediation of Hazardous Substances, APN 075-0207- <br />001-00 (amends the original OPA to include an 11.74-acre parcel at 111 San <br />Leandro Boulevard to secure immunity from future liability resulting from any <br />known contamination which was remediated as part of an approved clean-up plan). <br />(2862) <br />D. Cost: $71,643.00 (Alameda County Funds). <br />E. Resolution No. 99-26, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of San Leandro Approving Contractual Services Agreement with CCS <br />Planning and Engineering, Inc., for Preparation and Processing of a Combined <br />Project Study ReportlProject for Street Improvements Along the Unincorporated <br />Portion of East 14'~ Street and Mission Boulevard for Submission to Caltrans for <br />Approval (provides for preparation of aCaltrans-required report to implement the <br />streetscape improvements in the unincorporated portion of East 14~' Street and <br />Mission Boulevard. Cost: $82,100 (Alameda County Funds). <br />
