Minutes -City of San Leandro City Council and Page 12 <br />San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting -September 20, 1999 <br />Mayor Young reported that she had attended the Pena Francis Celebration <br />over the weekend, and she indicated she was pleased to see there was a census <br />table present. <br />7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Consent Calendar items are typically routine in nature and are considered for approval <br />by the City Council with one single action. The City Council may remove items from <br />the Consent Calendar for purposes of discussion. Items listed on the Consent <br />Calendar are deemed to have been read by title. <br />Item 7.A was removed from the Consent Calendar to New Business. The <br />remaining items on the Consent Calendar were approved as follows: <br />M/S/C Galvan and Lothrop. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br />A. Minutes of the Meeting of September 7, 1999. Removed from the Consent <br />Calendar to New Business. <br />B. Resolution No. 99-27, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of San Leandro Approving Award of Contract to Ruggeri Jensen Azar & <br />Associates for Phase One Construction Drawings to Implement the Streetscape <br />Master Plan Along East 14~' Street/Mission Boulevard (Unincorporated County). <br />Cost: $80,000.00 (Alameda County Funds). <br />C. Matter of License Agreement Between the City of San Leandro, San Leandro <br />Redevelopment Agency, Rassier Petts Momssey, LLC, and Laura Sun and <br />Thomas Lee, Owners, for an Outdoor Dining Area for the Bay City Grill, Located <br />at 129 West Joaquin Avenue. <br />-- Resolution No. 99-28, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of San Leandro Approving License Agreement Between the City of <br />San Leandro, San Leandro Redevelopment Agency, Rassier Petts Momssey, <br />LLC, and Laura Sun and Thomas Lee, Owners, for an Outdoor Dining Area <br />for the Bay City Grill, Located at 129 West Joaquin Avenue, APN 077-545-17 <br />(permits the use of the public right of way [City-owned sidewalk] and the <br />Agency-owned mall for an outdoor dining area for the new restaurant located <br />at 129 West Joaquin Avenue and permits the removal of an Agency-owned <br />planter).
