Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies Council Member Loeffler remarked on a recent Alameda County Congestion Management Agency (ACCMA) Meeting where the issue of charging for parking at BART Stations was discussed. He indicated the City Council may want to discuss this issue as it relates to the BART Station in San Leandro. B. Reports on City Council Committees 1. Economic Development and Redevelopment Committee Meeting of November 18, 1999 -Council Member Grant reported on the meeting highlights. 2. Facilities Committee Meeting of November 9, 1999 -Council Member Nardine reported on the meeting highlights. 3. Finance Committee Meeting of November 24, 1999 -Mayor Young reported on the meeting highlights. 4. Rules and Communications Committee Meeting of November 23, 1999 -- Vice Mayor Galvan reported on the meeting highlights. 5. Airport Ad Hoc Committee Meeting of November 9, 1999 -Mayor Young reported on the meeting highlights. 7.
