Resolution No. 98-6, Resolution of the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency <br />Supporting the County of Alameda's Application for a Grant from the <br />United States Environmental Protection Agency (supports an Application <br />by the County of Alameda for grant funding of a Phase II environmental <br />study along a portion of East 14th Street, in the Joint Redevelopment <br />Project Area, for the purpose of creating an Underground Utility <br />District). <br />M/S/C Polvorosa and Lothrop. Resolution No. 98-33, Resolution Supporting the California Integrated <br />Waste Management Board's Application to the United States Environmental <br />Protection Agency's 1998 Jobs for a Recycling Initiative to Establish a <br />Model for Regional Markets for Recyclables (the California Integrated <br />Waste Management Board is applying for a USEPA matching grant to support <br />economic development of businesses who utilize recycled materials in the <br />East Bay; San Leandro would contribute $25,000 of in-kind services <br />through existing Development Services and Economic Development <br />staff). Resolution Approving Parcel Map 7186, 13011 and 13017 Neptune Drive <br />(provides for conversion of existing two-unit, residential property to <br />residential condominiums; Subdivider: Duane Krolup). <br />Letter Supporting Approval of Parcel Map 7186 from Raffi Demirjian, San <br />Leandro Resident. <br />Uche Udemezue, City Engineer, gave the staff report, explaining the <br />proposal in greater detail. <br />After lengthy Council discussion regarding possible deed restrictions, <br />the following Motion and Resolution were then introduced: <br />- Minute Order No. 98-17, Matter of Approval of Parcel Map 7186, 13011 <br />and 13017 Neptune Drive (provides for conversion of existing two- <br />unit, residential property to residential condominiums; Subdivider: <br />Duane Krolup). (1690) <br />The City Council approved Parcel Map 7186, subject to the Condition <br />that, should we investigate and determine there is a Deed Restriction <br />that would adversely affect that condominium creation, the matter be <br />brought back for Council consideration. <br />M/S/C Loeffler and Polvorosa.
