Proclamation Declaring Coca-Cola the Official Soft Drink of Choice of <br />San Leandro. <br />Chris Ackerson and Ron King, Manager of Operations for Coca-Cola, <br />accepted the Proclamation. <br />3. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />A. Matter of PD-97-10; A-98-4; and Vesting Tentative Map. Tract 7001; 1762 <br />and 1770 San Leandro Boulevard and 1707 and 1761 Carpentier Street (the <br />Area Bounded by Carpentier Street on the East, Thornton Street on the <br />North, and San Leandro Boulevard on the West): <br />- PD 97-~, Planned Unit Development for Twenty-five (25), Two-Story, <br />Three-Bedroom Townhouse Units; <br />- Vesting Tentative Map. Tract 7001, Tract Map to Subdivide the <br />Property into 25 Individual Parcels for Each Unit; and <br />- A-98-4, Rezoning of 1762 and 1770 San Leandro Boulevard from RM-1800 <br />Residential, Multi-Family 1800 to RM-1800 (PD) Residential, Multi- <br />Family, Planned Development Combining District; <br />Assessor's Parcel Numbers 75-27-2-1, 7-3 and 8; Westco Community <br />Builders, Inc.; RM-1800 (PD) and RM-1800. <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above <br />matter, Norm Weisbrod gave the staff report and explained the project in <br />further detail. <br />
