Resolution No. 98-$6, Resolution Approving Capital Improvement Agreement for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds for Stepping Stones (provides for improvements to the facility of a non-profit agency serving low- income households of San Leandro). Resolution No. 98-87, Resolution Approving Subgrantee Agreement for Community Development Block Grant Funds for Eden Council for Hope and Opportunity (ECHO Housing) for Fair Housing, Rental Assistance Program (RAP), and Tenant/Landlord Counseling (provides documentation of services to be performed by ECHO Housing on behalf of the City).
