Matter of Amendment to the Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS) Contract. <br />-- Resolution No. 98-140, Resolution of Intention to Approve an Amendment to <br />the Contract Between the Board of Administration of the California Public <br />Employees' Retirement System (PERS) and the City Council of the City of San <br />Leandro (provides for public notice of City's intent, as required by Public <br />Employees' Retirement Law, to amend the PERS contract to provide for sick <br />leave conversion to service credit for local miscellaneous employees [San <br />Leandro City Employees' Association and San Leandro Management <br />Organization]).
