Amount: $815,000
Wandzia Grycz, Assistant City Manager, gave a presentation to the Council on the
proposed budget reduction recommendations from the Finance Committee.
The Mayor commented on the difficult process the Finance Committee went
through to come to these proposed budget reductions.
Council Member Grant clarified with the sub-committee what the remaining
funding for Youth Programs consisted of.
Council Member Loeffler commented on the process and stated concerns with
cutting funds from each department in order to continue paying for police officers
that were originally funded under the Federal Crime Act.
