Minutes -City of San Leandro City Council, San Leandro Economic Page 4 <br />Development Agency, San Leandro Parking Authority, and San Leandro <br />Redevelopment Agency joint Meeting -November 16, 1998 <br />The following Motion was then introduced: <br />-- Minute Order No. 98-74, The City Council: (1009) <br />(1) Certified the Negative Declaration for PD-98-1 as complete and in <br />compliance with CEQA requirements; <br />(2) Approved the Findings; <br />(3) Approved the Planned Development, PD-98-1, subject to the <br />Conditions of Approval, as recommended and revised to reflect that: <br />(a) any increase in the hours of operation be brought back to the City <br />Council for review; <br />(b) the Traffic Engineer review the Access Plan as it relates to the two <br />driveways being closed; <br />(c) temporary barriers be placed for a two (2}-month period for the <br />review, prior to permanent closure; and <br />(d) the Council reserves the right to review any changes to the plans, <br />as approved. <br />M/5/C Grant and Glaze.
