IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-012 RDA (1180/2318) <br />RESOLUTION ADDING TITLE 26, CHAPTER 5 TO THE SAN LEANDRO <br />ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND AGENCY <br />SECRETARY TO ACCEPT DEEDS AND EASEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State of California, <br />a political corporation or governmental agency may authorize one or more officers to accept and <br />consent to deeds or grants conveying an interest in or easement upon real property to such a <br />political corporation or governmental agency and to consent to the recordation thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />§26.5.100 of Title 26, Chapter 5 is hereby added to the San Leandro Administrative Code to <br />read as follows: <br />§26.5.100: AUTHORIZATION TO ACCEPT AND RECORD DEEDS. Pursuant to §27281 of <br />the Government Code of the State of California, the Executive Director and the Agency Secretary <br />of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro are hereby authorized to accept deeds and <br />easements conveying an interest in or easement upon real property to the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of San Leandro, a political corporation, and to consent to the recordation thereof. <br />Introduced by Agency Member Prola and passed and adopted this 18~` day of May, 2009, by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Agency: <br />AYES: Members Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Chair Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST. ~11,~1,l/1~~ <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
