Ken Joseph <br />stated that the temporary parking (2 -3 hours) would still be free, but there would continue to be <br />a charge for permit parking on the second floor and above. <br />Councilmember Souza inquired about the budget for the Chamber of Commerce office space and <br />what measures would be taken to ensure that the Chamber improvements come in on budget. <br />Ken Joseph stated that the built out allowance for the entire space is $400,000.00 and would be a <br />separate item in the bid documents. Cynthia Battenberg and Luke Sims added that the Chamber <br />personnel have already signed off of the budget for the build out. They added that Business <br />Development is working with the Chamber and presenting choices for the office space that will <br />stay within the built out allowance. <br />4. Discussion Regarding Energy Block Grant <br />Mike Bakaldin gave brief details of an Energy Block Grant that the City will apply for.
