IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-071 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />APPLIED MATERIALS & ENGINEERING, INC., RELATING TO THE BAY TRAIL <br />SLOUGH BRIDGE PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 08-144-39-012, FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO. <br />HP21 L-5041(025) <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Applied Materials & Engineering, <br />Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 1St day of June, 2009, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Mayor Santos (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Reed (1) <br />ATTEST: ~~~ ~ ('~~ ~~'~-~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
