Resolution No. 2009-072, Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling for Bids for Wicks Boulevard Sidewalk Project, Project No. 144-36-287 and Appropriation of Measure B Bicycle and Pedestrian Funds in the Amount of $95,000 (provides for construction of sidewalk on Wicks Boulevard between Stenzel Park and Burkhart Avenue to improve ease of access for those who use the area for Marina Community Center and Stenzel Park event parking). Resolution No. 2009-073, Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling for Bids for the Washington Avenue and Estabrook Street Intersection Improvement Project, Project No. 09-150-28-283, Federal Aid Project No. HSIPL-5041(031) (provides for construction of new signal equipment, signal and various intersection reconfigurations with the installation of accessible ramps to improve pedestrian and vehicular traffic safety at the intersection). Resolution No. 2009-074, Resolution Finding a Severe Fiscal Hardship Will Exist if Additional Local Property Tax Funds Are Seized and Additional Unfunded Mandates Are Adopted by the State of California (opposes state government proposals to borrow or seize any additional local funds and urges the state legislature and the Governor to suspend the enactment of any new mandates on local governments). Resolution No. 2009-075, Resolution in Support of Spending of Federal Economic Renewal Grants to the City of San Leandro on American Produced Products (resolves to spend economic recovery plan funds on products and services that create jobs and help keep Americans employed). Resolution No. 2009-076, Resolution Amending Title 7, Chapter 1, Section 7.1.205 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Relating to Rules and Regulations for the Use of Public Parks and Recreational Facilities (provides regulations for the administration and protection of playing fields and ball parks owned and administered by the City).
