IN THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-080 (1051/2318) <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br />ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATING TO FEES AND CHARGES FOR <br />TEMPORARY PARKING AND BOAT LAUNCH FEES <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That following notice and hearing as may be required by law, Title 6, Chapter 4, Section <br />6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code, Temporary Parking Fees and Boat Launch Fees, a <br />copy of which is attached, is hereby amended. <br />That the provisions of this Section shall take effect on July 1, 2009. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 15~' day of June, 2009, by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Mayor Santos (1) <br />~,~ <br />ATTEST: ~'~~-~C~C~`l-1 ~~~~~Z`~Cu-~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
