In addition, the IP address scheme will be assigned for all field controllers, edge <br />switches, and IP-based video encoders. <br />These tasks will involve the following key ATMS setup tasks: <br />a. Build-out of the TOC room at City Hall <br />b. Relocation of existing TOC consoles to the Corp Yard <br />c. Setup of the Corp Yard TOC equipment <br />d. Installation of the fiber optic links and patch cables between existing fiber termination <br />panels and the new required fiber run into the City Hall TOC <br />e. Delivery and setup of TOC conference room furniture, server rack, workstations, and <br />system display video monitors <br />£ Setup of Audio/Visual ("A/V") elements of the City Hall TOC room, including video <br />image multiplexing. <br />g. Installation and testing of the TOC Uninterruptable Power Supply ("UPS"), to keep <br />the ATMS server, workstations, and video display monitors operational in the event <br />of a power outage. <br />Task # 12 - 14: CONTROLLER DATABASE TRANSLATIONS <br />WPS will use the City's existing signal timing for each intersection and perform a database <br />conversion from the legacy FREE & COORD timings to the Federal NTCIP format. We <br />anticipate this process will take a maximum of 4 weeks to complete and have ready for City <br />review. <br />The timing of this task shall be closely coordinated with training tasks #15 <br />(Communications) and task #22 (controller &ATMS initial classroom training). This <br />training and controller database orientation will include establishing a global "template" of <br />City desired timing standards for the new controller deployments. Examples of template data <br />will include: <br />- Which alarms are to be logged and/or paged <br />- Desired actions and sequences when a controller transfers from flash to regulate <br />operation.
