WPS shall meet with the City at this time to <br />conclude the project, express our gratitude for this opportunity, and to address any future <br />project plans. <br />WESTERN PACIFIC SIGNAL RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Western Pacific Signal will provide any incidental equipment or hardware required for this <br />project, at no cost to the City, totaling no more than $500. WPS will provide full labor for all <br />installation, configuration, and communication testing for the implementation of ATMS.now <br />for City Hall server room, TOC workstation, and field equipment as required to complete <br />each task. <br />Western Pacific Signal will provide all controller change-outs and provide assistance for the <br />five cabinet turn-on's. WPS will also provide all programming and set-up labor for <br />establishing controller communications within the cabinet, and assist the City of San Leandro <br />with identifying problems with existing infrastructure. <br />Western Pacific Signal will provide all labor for replacing and configuring the ATMS.now <br />software. WPS will troubleshoot any communications problems within the stand-alone <br />system at City Hall and the field, including diagnosis of system switching and Intranet <br />communications. <br />Western Pacific Signal will provide customer support for this product for the life of the <br />product. <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City of San Leandro will make a City employee available to accompany Western Pacific <br />Signal, LLC, if required, during scheduled visits to City Hall or in the field if required. The <br />City shall provide all signal timing information for correct database translations to the new <br />Naztec TS2 controllers. <br />Except for the new fiber optic link into the new TOC room, the City of San Leandro will be <br />responsible for all fiber optics, including splicing connections, fixing improper terminations, <br />installing proper connectors, and replacing faulty fiber modems or fiber switches (including <br />network switches) to insure proper fiber operation between City Hall and the intersections. <br />The City shall provide timely approvals and feedback for database translations and project <br />inquiries. <br />Consulting Services Agreement between 1 ~ <br />Ciry of San Leandro and Western Pacific Signal, LLC -Exhibit A <br />
