~e~ectern P~,c3.fic ~i~a1, LLC <br />15890 Foothill Blvd. • San Leandro, CA 94577 <br />Phone (510) 483-6400 Fax (510) 483-1402 <br />Task #29: UPDATE AS-BUILT DOCUMENTATION <br />WPS will submit corrected and revised drawings, prints, user manuals, and other material <br />updates that reflect installed and as-build conditions of field deployed materials and TOC <br />installation items. <br />Task #30: FULL SYSTEM TEST <br />Upon successful completion of the final cabinet installations described in Task #28, WPS <br />will initiate a full ATMS.now system test of all installed elements. This test will confirm all <br />system data is sent and received to the field without disruption to service and all of the <br />elements are fully functional. At this point the ATMS software will begin collecting full <br />system data for future report generation. <br />This test will be performed at both the ATMS server and workstation locations within City <br />Hall and the Corp Yard. <br />Task#3I: ADDRESS PUNCH-LIST ITEMS <br />At this time WPS will make final corrections and adjustments to any concern that the City <br />has with the performance of the product. WPS will address remediation items identified as <br />needing correction within the full system task #301isted above. <br />Task #32 ATMS & CONTROLLER TRAINING (ADVANCED) <br />WPS will provide further on-site training sessions for the City staff for controller database <br />and ATMS software training. This training will include printed material, PowerPoint <br />instruction, and hardware. The topics and training agenda will continue and build upon the <br />free timing and coordination strategies covered within task #22, task #24, and task #25, <br />utilizing both test controllers and a larger pool evaluation of live, field installed intersections. <br />This task item will focus a greater amount of time on utilization of the CCTV features and <br />functions, including preset alarm triggering and recording functions. <br />Task#33: SYSTEM ACCEPTANCE TEST and PROJECT CONCLUSION INTERVIEW <br />WPS will meet with the City to perform functional system acceptance test of each hardware <br />elements of the ATMS system, communication switches, video cameras, and controller <br />operation.
