If they request 20-gallon service, the Company
should then issue the 20-gallon containers, in lieu of 32-gallon Contract
containers with inserts. l
c
~erv~CeS
Ongoing Painting/Refurbishing of Commercial Bin and Debris
Box Inventory
While the quality of the Company's container inventory has been
upgraded since the 2005 Review, there is opportunity to further
improve the condition/appearance of containers. The Company
may wish to consider a routine regularly scheduled painting /
refurbishing program with containers proactiyiely pulled from
service on a consistent scheduled basis (e. •~~o less than every 2
to 3 years).
}
~,
Increased Supervisory Safety; . While the Company has reported that it
regularly reviews safety issues both internally and with its
insurance provider we believe that it may benefit from additional
"diagnostic review". This would involve a more detailed internal
analysis of the types and causes of injuries and accidents. This
could then lead to specific corrective actions to address root
causes followed by ongoing data tracking and analysis to
determine the effectiveness of those corrective actions.
