He gave a <br />brief background on the item, and introduced Senior Planner Sally Barros. Ms. Barros <br />gave a short PowerPoint presentation, providing information on the Alameda <br />Countywide Resource-Efficiency Project for Greening Existing Buildings and <br />Through standards and <br />specifications for green improvements, the project seeks to improve energy efficiency, <br />water and resource conservation, and indoor air quality. <br /> <br />Staff responded to questions from the Council. <br /> <br />
