Matter of A-96-4; Reclassification; to Rezone 14790 Washington Avenue <br />from CC Community Commercial District to CC (PD) Community Commercial, <br />Planned Development District; and PD-96-3; Planned Development; to <br />Construct a New Emergency Pet Clinic to Replace the Existing One; 14790 <br />Washington Avenue; Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 77C-1305-3-2 and 86-1; <br />Peter G. Shutts, Applicant; E. C. Investments, Property Owner; CC <br />Community Commercial District. <br />- Motion Approving or Denying A-96-4 and PD-96-3. <br />- An Ordinance Reclassifying Certain Property Herein Described as to <br />Zoning District and Amending Zoning Map (A-96-4), 14790 Washington <br />Avenue. <br />- Pass to Print <br />This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above <br />matter, Interim City Manager Wandzia Grycz introduced Associate Planner <br />Norm Weisbrod to present a staff report. Mr. Weisbrod presented the <br />site history and the current proposed use. He said the new building <br />would be built and then the old building would be demolished. He <br />described the site plan and showed a new floor plan and the site <br />elevations. He concluded with identifying the issues brought forth by <br />the Planning Commission. <br />Council Member Young confirmed the landscaping on site. <br />Mayor Corbett asked about site review and lighting. <br />Vice Mayor Polvorosa asked about rezoning and applicable codes. <br />
