Minute Order No. 97-14, Matter of Approval of Findings of Fact and <br />Conditions of Approval Regarding SD-75-44; St. Moritz Apartments; 14744 <br />Washington Avenue; Assessor's Parcel Number 077C-1305-001-002; City of <br />San Leandro, Applicant; RM 1800 Residential Multiple Family District <br />(provides for approval of Findings of Fact, including Conditions of <br />Approval, and approval of the Monitoring Plan, pursuant to City <br />Council`s direction at the October 7, 1996, City Council Meeting). <br />Continued from the February 3, 1997, City Council Meeting. (1136) <br />The City Council continued the matter of Approval of Findings of Fact <br />and Conditions of Approval Regarding SD-75-44; St. Moritz Apartments; <br />14744 Washington Avenue; Assessor's Parcel Number 077C-1305-001-002; <br />City of San Leandro, Applicant; RM 1800 Residential Multiple Family <br />District to a date uncertain. <br />M/S/C Polvorosa and Young. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br />C. Matter of Creation of and Appointment of City Council Members to a <br />Technology Committee. <br />It was suggested that Council Members Glaze, Young, and Mayor Corbett <br />serve on the Technology Committee. <br />After discussion, the following Motion was then introduced: <br />Minute Order No. 97-15, Matter of Creation of and Appointment of City <br />Council Members to a Technology Committee. (1156) <br />The City Council created and appointed Council Members Glaze, Loeffler, <br />and Mayor Corbett to a City Council Technology Committee. <br />M/S/C Young and Glaze. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br />D. Matter of Creation of and Appointment of City Council Members to an Ad <br />Hoc Committee on Committees. <br />Mayor Corbett said the purpose of the proposed Committee is to review <br />existing Committees, redefine roles, make recommendations, ensure that <br />the existing Committees match the Council's vision, and review the <br />Committee process. <br />The following Motion was then introduced: <br />Minute Order No. 97-16, Matter of Creation of and Appointment of Gity <br />Council Members to an Ad Hoc Committee on Committees. (1156) <br />The City Council created and appointed Council Members Polvorosa, <br />Lothrop, and Mayor Corbett to a City Council Ad Hoc Committee on <br />Committees. <br />M/S/C Young and Polvorosa.
