OPEN FORUM <br />Open Forum is limited to 3 minutes maximum per speaker, 15 minutes total. <br />A. Larry Norry, 2532 Williams Street, requested clarification on the Marina <br />Committee members. <br />B. Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, said Council Committee names should <br />be listed on the Agendas. He commented on the San Leandro Journal <br />leaving San Leandro. <br />8. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />A. Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies <br />None <br />B. Reports on City Council Subcommittees <br />None <br />C. City Council Comments <br />1. Council Member Loeffler commented on the Council Members changing the <br />seating pattern. <br />Council Member Loeffler noted his appreciation of the Earthquake <br />Preparedness Month Proclamation and the preparedness planning that is <br />occurring within the community. <br />Council Member Loeffler commended the Washington Manor Junior League <br />on the parade and Opening Day events. <br />Council Member Loeffler asked if Council Cornrnittee meetings could be <br />listed on cable. <br />2. Council Member Glaze said the parade was wonderful and noted that <br />there were 147 t-ball players this year. <br />Council Member Glaze commented on the loss of Anne Howell Dean; he <br />spoke of her dedication to the Washington Manor neighborhoods and <br />community as a whole. <br />There was consensus of the City Council to have the Policy Committee <br />consider a dedication in her memory. <br />
